Alejandra Denda joined The Federal Savings Bank in August 2021 as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. She has spearheaded the bank’s marketing and digital strategy with a focus on building the company’s brand and value proposition among borrowers and partners, as well as driving consumer engagement growth across platforms.

Alejandra strives to empower others to become the best version of themselves through vision, authenticity, and hard work. She is passionate about developing leaders and teams and strongly believes transparency, trust, and a clear vision are critical to motivate team members to ultimately achieve success. She has led functional and partner teams for companies such as Kimberly Clark, Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive, Pinnacle Foods, and several WPP marketing and digital agencies.

She brings over 25 years of experience in driving results for CPG and B2B companies across various categories, markets, and consumer segments. She is a strategic thinker, capable of leveraging consumer insights to drive consumer engagement and growth. Her experience on the agency, client, and retailer sides, combined with her expertise in both traditional and digital based approaches has made a difference for companies in the US, US Multicultural, and global markets.

Alejandra is also a passionate marketer outside of the office, as she is an Adjunct Professor of International Marketing Strategy and Branding in the Digital World at Northwestern University- Medill School of Journalism and Integrated Marketing Communications’ Graduate program. She is also a Board Member of North Shore International Network (NSIN), where she leads all communication efforts for this culturally driven organization.

This born and raised Argentinian is a Magna Cum Laude alumni of the prestigious Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she studied Business and Marketing. She also holds a Graduate Degree in Marketing from Harvard University. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese, French, and Italian.
