Karen Lugo is an accomplished author, freelance writer, and legal commentator with extensive experience in constitutional law and federalism. Since April 2011, Karen Lugo has contributed to various prominent publications, including City Journal and National Review Online, and authored the book "Mosques in America: A Guide to Accountable Permit Hearings and Continuing Citizen Oversight." As an Executive Committee Member of both the Federalism and Separation of Powers Practice Group and the International Law and National Security Practice Group at The Federalist Society, as well as the founder of the Libertas-West Project, Karen Lugo plays a significant role in legal activism.
