Lisa Budzynski Ezell has over 20 years of experience in various roles within different organizations. Lisa is currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Lawyers Chapters at The Federalist Society, a position they have held since 1999. In this role, they lead a network of over 100 lawyers chapters nationwide and oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including program management, recruitment, budgeting, and communications strategies.

Before joining The Federalist Society, Lisa worked as an Administrative Assistant at Northeast Midwest Institute from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Giffels Associates from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, Lisa briefly served as a member of the AEI Leadership Network at the American Enterprise Institute in 2019.

Lisa Budzynski Ezell received their BA in Political Science/History from Saint Mary's College from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from George Mason University between 2004 and 2006.
