Kevin Field

Co-founder & Partner at The Feed

Kevin Field is a co-founder and partner at The Feed since 2013. In 2015, they became the Chairman of the Global Relay Bridge the Gap Fund, where they initiated new programs, mentored athletes, and led a leadership change with a focus on diversity. Since 2018, Field has been a director at the Hamilton Foundation, assisting with athlete development and acting as a liaison between the fund and stakeholders. Kevin has also worked at Cycling Canada as the Head of Performance Strategy and a Strategic Consultant & Sport Director, where they led innovation projects and achieved the national team's best performances at the World Championships. Prior to that, Field was the founder and principal of 7thgroove, a digital agency, and a Sport Director at Optum Pro Cycling p/b Kelly Benefits Strategies and Team SpiderTech Powered by C10. Kevin also worked as a strategy consultant at Visage Mobile and in digital strategy consulting at Slipstream Sports LLC. In 2010, Field led the Trek-Livestrong Cycling Team to multiple victories and successful athlete development.

Kevin Field earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Carleton University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Kevin then attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2000 to 2002, although no degree is specified for this period. There, they focused on Project Management. In 2011, Kevin received a Certified Sport Director qualification from Union Cycliste International (UCI), indicating their interest in sports management.
