Shane Dorsett

Shane Dorsett is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Felix Project since July 2020, Shane has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Project Management Consultant. Prior experience includes significant positions at Greenhouse Sports, where Shane was Head of Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships and General Manager of Greenhouse London FC, as well as roles at the London Rowing Club as Commercial Manager and General Manager. Shane also served as Director of Operations at Rice Restaurant Group and began a career in management as an Associate at Arthur Andersen LLP. Shane's educational credentials include a degree from William & Mary and ongoing Executive Education at INSEAD, focused on Chief Operating Officer training.
