Paavan Popat is the Founder of Trulocom, a company focused on embedding community, social prescribing, and sustainability in UK Older People’s living. He also serves as a member of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Paavan is the Founder and CEO of TLC Group, a family-owned developer, operator, and private equity company specializing in high-end developments across multiple sectors. With over 10 years of experience, he has grown TLC Care into eight luxury award-winning homes providing expert nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care. Paavan has also expanded into the hospitality and residential property sectors with TLC Hotels. Prior to his current roles, he has held positions at Venerate and Rider Levett Bucknall, where he delivered global expansion projects and led client construction programs. Paavan holds degrees in Business Management and MA in Property Development & Construction.
