Alicia Silla has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Alicia most recently worked as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at The Fidelity Bank, where they led strategic planning and cross-functional programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Digital Services Development Manager at BB&T, where they were responsible for strategy, digital delivery channels, and website development. Before that, Alicia worked at Wachovia Corp as a Senior Business Systems Consultant, leading the development and support of mortgage point-of-sale systems. Throughout their career, Alicia has consistently collaborated with various teams and successfully implemented products and services across different business segments and delivery channels.

Alicia Silla has a diverse educational background. Alicia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of South Alabama. Later on, they attended Wake Forest University from 2014 to 2016, where they completed the BB&T Banking School. In 2020, they pursued further education at the Graduate School of Digital Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and obtained a degree in Digital Banking School.

In addition to their formal education, Alicia has also invested in professional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Alicia also completed certifications in Pragmatic Product Management and Pragmatic Product Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing in 2010. Moreover, Alicia holds an ICAgile Certified Professional certification, and they have attended the Mastering Leadership Dynamics program at The BB&T Leadership Institute.
