Lucia Guerra is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Director of Government Guaranteed Lending Administration at The Fidelity Bank since October 2022. With a robust background in Residential, Commercial, and Government Lending, Lucia has held various leadership roles throughout a successful career, including positions at The Bancorp as Director and VP of SBA Closing Management, and at Ridgestone Bank in multiple closing management capacities. Previous experience includes roles at major financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Harris Bank, and Banco Popular North America.
