The Field
Each year, The Field enables thousands of media and performing artists to thrive through creative programs, professional development workshops, and consultations. Our core programs include Membership/Fiscal Sponsorship (for fundraising support, expert advice, nonprofit discounts, and more) and Fieldwork: our seasonal artists workshop offering a safe space for creative exploration and collaboration, offered in a dozen cities around the world. Founded by artists for artists, our organization also responds proactively to sector-wide issues with events like Activate Equity, the Field Leadership Fund: a fellowship offering real opportunities, compensation, and access to ambitious artists and arts managers, and publications like Intention, Accountability and Equity: Lessons from Field Leadership Fund, an Emerging Arts Fellowship.
