Shpresa Oruci

Shpresa Oruci has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shpresa has worked in various roles in different organizations.

Starting from 1996, they worked at The Creative Coalition, a national premier non-profit organization representing the arts and entertainment community. Shpresa served as the Program Director from 2000 to 2007, spearheading celebrity/entertainment industry outreach, mobilizing celebrity activists, and overseeing all programs and events. Prior to that, they worked as the Special Projects Manager from 1996 to 2000, cultivating relationships with corporate sponsors, vendors, film and television studios, and public relations firms.

In 2009, Shpresa served as a Consultant for the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization (IREO) at the United Nations. Shpresa'sconsultancy focused on utilizing the entertainment industry's visibility to advance renewable energy and self-sustainability practices among UN member countries.

Shpresa also worked as a Marketing Consultant for American Friends of ALYN Hospital from September 2009 to January 2010. Shpresa was involved in the production of the 10th annual Wheels of Love Campaign, a charity bike ride to raise funds for the special children of ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem.

From 2010 to 2012, Shpresa worked as a Marketing and Government Relations Consultant for FTEN, Inc. and as the Director of Media Outreach for The Field from 2012 onwards.

Shpresa'smost recent role, starting from June 2018, is as the Executive Producer of the podcast "Five Things That Make Life Better with Lisa Birnbach." In this role, they produce a weekly podcast featuring extraordinary individuals discussing their current projects and the five things that make their lives better. Lisa Birnbach hosts the podcast.
