Holly May

Holly May is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management, operations, and program development within the charity and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People, Resources and Operations at The Finance Innovation Lab, Holly previously held the position of Centre Manager at Queen Mary University of London's Centre of the Cell, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations aimed at inspiring young people in scientific fields. Earlier roles at Child.org involved leadership in operations, program management, and fundraising, along with project management of initiatives such as the 'Charity Concierge' project at various festivals. Holly's career also includes positions in event management, administration, and customer service across diverse organizations, alongside academic qualifications including a Master's in Poverty and International Development and a Bachelor's in Law.
