Alastair Cowie has extensive experience in public service and policy management, currently serving as the Manager of Change Portfolio Prioritisation and Planning at the Financial Conduct Authority since April 2016, with previous roles including Technical Specialist in the Policy and Legislative Change Pipeline and Senior Associate for Change Project Pipeline. Prior to this, Alastair held multiple Assistant Director positions at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, focusing on corporate governance, long-term investment, and the Kay Review implementation from January 2010 to March 2016.
