Daniel James Bogiatzis-Gibbons

Daniel James Bogiatzis-Gibbons has a diverse work experience which includes roles such as Tutor (Statistics, Mathematics) at The University of Queensland from 2014 to 2015, Research Advisor and later Head of Data Science at The Behavioural Insights Team from 2017 to 2020, and currently serves as the Principal Data Scientist (Technical Specialist) at the Financial Conduct Authority since 2020.

Daniel James Bogiatzis-Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Melbourne (2010-2012), a Master of Science in Mathematics from The University of Queensland (2013-2014), a Master of Science in Social and Political Theory from Birkbeck, University of London (2020-2022), and a Doctor of Philosophy in the Politics of AI from Birkbeck, University of London (2023-2026). Daniel James is also a Certified Statistician from the Royal Statistical Society (obtained in 2022).
