Frank Williams

Frank Williams began their career in 2012 as a Graduate Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority, gaining experience in regulatory supervision. Frank moved on to work at BlackRock as a Secondee in Legal & Compliance before returning to the FCA in various roles including Head of Resourcing and HR Systems Manager. Throughout their career, Frank has demonstrated expertise in regulatory strategy, leadership, and relationship management.

Frank Williams obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Sheffield in 2010. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Workday HCM and MI & Reporting from Workday in 2020, Lean accreditation from Cardiff University in 2019, and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2018.
