Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market oversight and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Primary Market Oversight at the Financial Conduct Authority since June 2012, Jennifer focuses on ensuring issuers' adherence to UK Market Abuse Regulation and other disclosure obligations while promoting market integrity. Previous roles include high-level engagement with international regulators during a secondment in the International Division and leadership in enforcement investigations at ASIC, where Jennifer investigated market abuse cases. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
