Jim Moran

Jim Moran has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Listing Transactions at the Financial Conduct Authority since April 2013, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the UKLA Transaction Review. Moran previously held a position as a Secondee for the UK Listing Review at HM Treasury from March 2021 to February 2022 and worked at the Financial Services Authority from August 2000 to April 2013 as Manager of the Specialist Issuers team. Prior to this, Jim Moran was an Executive at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC from August 1995 to August 2000. Moran holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Arts (MA) in History from the University of York, earned between 1990 and 1994.
