Lea-Rose Clarke

Lea-Rose Clarke has a diverse work experience in procurement and contracts management. Lea-Rose started their career as a Procurement Support Officer at London Borough of Hackney in 2007 and later held roles at Newham Council as a Business Change Manager and Senior Contracts Officer. Lea-Rose continued their career at various councils and organizations such as Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Southwark Council, and Heathrow before joining Transport for London as an ICT Commercial Manager. Currently, they are working as a Sourcing Lead at the Financial Conduct Authority. Throughout their roles, Lea-Rose has been involved in procuring IT systems and services, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance and performance monitoring.

Lea-Rose Clarke completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at London Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2009. Lea-Rose then pursued a degree in Public care purchasing and commissioning at Oxford Brookes University from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they attended Harley Reed to obtain a CIPS certification in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management.
