Niamh Herlihy

Niamh Herlihy is a Senior Associate in the Office of the Executive Director of Markets & International at the Financial Conduct Authority, where Niamh has also held roles as an Associate in EU Strategy and Engagement and in the Office of the Director of ESG since October 2023. Prior to this, Niamh worked as an Account Executive focusing on Financial Services Policy at FleishmanHillard EU from August 2022 to September 2023 and as an EMEIA Public Policy Intern at EY from January 2022 to August 2022. Niamh's academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in European Law from Maastricht University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from both The University of Edinburgh and Université libre de Bruxelles. Niamh also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Academic Researcher at the Influencer Law Clinic in the Law and Tech Lab at Maastricht University from July 2020 to July 2021.
