Emily Duncan

Emily Duncan currently serves as the Head of Stakeholder Engagement at the Financial Reporting Council since April 2023, playing a key role on the Senior Leadership Team with a focus on stakeholder engagement, corporate relations, and public affairs. Prior to this, Emily held various leadership positions including Managing Director at the Centre for Policy Studies, where responsibilities included fundraising and operational management, and Chief Operating Officer at the New Schools Network, overseeing fundraising and communications. Other roles included Head of Development at Wild Search, Development Manager at Policy Exchange, and Development Assistant at British Airways. Emily holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Charity Accounting from ICAEW, a Master of Science in Grantmaking, Philanthropy, and Social Investment from Cass Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Politics from the University of York.
