Rebecca Phillips Aca

Rebecca Phillips ACA CFE is a forensic accountant currently working in the Enforcement division of the Financial Reporting Council, conducting investigations under the Audit Enforcement Procedure and the Accountancy Scheme since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as an Assistant Manager in Forensic & Investigation Services and as an Audit Senior at Mazars from September 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities included working on external audits for various clients in the private and charitable sectors. Rebecca also gained experience as a forensic accountant on secondment at the Financial Conduct Authority from September 2018 to October 2019, providing accounting expertise and support in the Enforcement Division. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University and professional qualifications from ICAEW.
