Alva Svoboda

Alva Svoboda is a Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company with extensive experience in market design integration. In addition, Alva also works as a Docent at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Alva holds a PhD in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a B.A. in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara.
