André Henrique Silva

André Henrique Silva has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Gerente de produção at The Fini Company BR since July 2022, following roles as Supervisor de producao PL and Supervisor de produção Jr. At BRF from January 2021 to June 2022, André supervised a team of 130 personnel across various production sectors, overseeing operations related to poultry processing, packaging, and inventory control. Prior experience includes a position in production support at Nestlé Waters, where André led a team and monitored performance metrics, and a leadership role at Nippon Seiki do Brasil, focusing on production objectives and quality management. André holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on production from Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta and additional qualifications in leadership and quality control.
