Arnaldo Silva Ferreira has extensive experience in sales management across various companies, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at The Fini Company BR since January 2018, overseeing the Food Distributor and Pharma channels in 22 states with an annual revenue of R$312MM. Previously, Arnaldo held positions at PepsiCo Americas Foods, Mars, Bauducco, DIA Brasil, and Cadbury Nigeria PLC, with responsibilities ranging from direct sales management to strategic channel development. Arnaldo has also undertaken formal education, including an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the IBE Institute, a degree in Commercial Management from FGV, and a Bachelor's in Economics from PUC Campinas.
