Joss Gaynor has extensive experience in leadership roles within charitable organizations focused on health improvement and support for vulnerable communities. Currently serving as the Director of Impact and Service Partnerships at Fire Fighters Charity since August 2022, Joss previously held significant positions such as Director of Health Improvement and Influencing. Prior experience includes roles at The Disabilities Trust as Head of Foundation and Specialist Veterans Project Manager from February 2016 to August 2022, and as Director of Regional Development and Director of Policy and Regional Development at Adfam from May 2009 to February 2016, overseeing strategic initiatives for families impacted by substance misuse.
