Dale Kinnersley

Dale Kinnersley IEng, MIET, CFPA-E TC, AIFireE, currently serves as Principal Consultant (Suppression) at The Fire Protection Association since October 2018. Prior to this, Kinnersley held the position of Associate Technical Director at Argus Fire Protection Company Ltd from April 2007 to September 2018, and served as Senior Design Engineer at Wormald Fire Systems/Tyco Fire from January 1998 to March 2007. Kinnersley began as a Trainee Sprinkler Design Engineer at Project Fire Engineers Ltd from June 1990 to December 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Fire Sprinkler Suppression from the University of Central Lancashire (2022-2024) and a CFPA Diploma in Fire Prevention, Fire Protection from CFPA-Europe (2019-2020), along with multiple design competence reviews and certifications in sprinkler protection. Kinnersley also holds a BTEC Level 3 Engineering National Diploma from Stafford College of Further and Higher Education.
