Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at The Fireman Hospitality Group since June 2005, Jerry has also held various roles including Director of Restaurant Operations and General Manager at multiple venues. Responsibilities include overseeing financials, collaborating on menu development, managing maintenance and project timelines, and ensuring cost efficiency. Prior to this, Jerry owned and managed BrickHouse Restaurant & Lounge and held positions at Paramount Hotel Times Square and Radisson Hotels, demonstrating a solid foundation in hospitality management from front desk operations to high-level leadership roles.
