Abubaker Saif Eldeen

Abubaker Saif eldeen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with Zain Sudan, where they worked as a Customer Experience team leader. Their responsibilities included hiring and training the customer experience team, implementing standards and procedures for optimal customer experience, and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback. In 2017, they began freelancing as a web developer, focusing on creating an online grant management system for USAID. In 2018, they joined USAID as a Technical Support Specialist and led a team in developing the Grant's Online Monitoring and Evaluation System. This system included features such as an online grant management system and a desktop application for organizations with limited internet access. Abubaker also developed a procurement module for early notification of PR requests. In 2019, they joined Amer Burjuman Center as a Computer Engineer, where they performed hardware and software analysis, provided technical support to staff members, and ensured the security of the company's cloud storage accounts. In 2020, they joined The First Group as a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
