Elena Tsoy

Elena Tsoy is an experienced professional in sales and hospitality, currently serving as the Executive Owner Privileges at The First Group since May 2022. Previously, Elena held the title of Manager of Sales at Sobha Hartland Contracting LLC, where responsibilities included establishing sales objectives and adjusting pricing strategies. Elena's career at The First Group began in November 2013 as a Telesales Executive, advancing to a Senior Sales Consultant by June 2015. Further back, Elena worked as an Events Coordinator at Ritz Carlton, managing event logistics, and as an Assistant Manager at Jumeirah Group, overseeing food and beverage operations. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Economics in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, earned between 1998 and 2001.
