Katelyn Fallon

Katelyn Fallon has a diverse background in talent acquisition and business development. Katelyn currently holds the position of Director of Talent & Business Development at The First Group, a global property developer. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Talent Acquisition Director for Canada & East US at Marriott International, where they played a key role in recruiting and developing talent. Before joining Marriott, Katelyn worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at PeopleScout, specializing in recruitment process outsourcing. Katelyn also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at BMO Harris Bank, where they focused on sourcing strategies and contract negotiation. Katelyn's work experience spans across various industries, showcasing their expertise in talent acquisition and business development.

Katelyn Fallon has a Master's degree in Science, Capacity Development from the University of Guelph. Katelyn also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Centennial College. In addition, they have obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from I.A.U. Katelyn has various certifications including the Canadian Mutual Funds License from The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC), the Human Resources Professional Association certification from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), the Life License Qualification Canada from the IFSE Institute, and the Registered Real Estate Sales Broker certification from the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
