Nouha Krache

Nouha Krache has a diverse work experience in the architecture, real estate, and construction industries. Nouha is currently working as a Portfolio Manager at The First Group, starting in September 2022.

Prior to that, Nouha worked at Construction company & Real estate ETPBH TCE BM Morris from June 2021 to July 2022. Nouha held the position of Sales Architect / Account Manager and was responsible for studying and delivering tender documents, preparing submission documents, and estimating tender costing documents. Additionally, they exhibited excellent people skills and was intuitive to client needs.

Before that, Nouha worked at SARL OUENNOURI GROUP from March 2018 to June 2021, where they held several roles. Nouha started as an Architecture Trainee, where they controlled projects from start to finish, participated in effective decision-making, and developed architecture in line with client needs. Nouha then transitioned to the role of Architect/Sale Representative, assisting in preparing designs, delivering construction documents, and maintaining property listings. Finally, they worked as an Assistant of CEO, where they prioritized emails and phone calls, arranged meetings and business events, and contributed constructive ideas during meetings.

Nouha's earliest work experience was at Linea Architecture Office, where they worked as an Admin Assistant from December 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they performed various administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating client databases, organizing files and materials, and assisting with phone calls and correspondence.

Overall, Nouha Krache has gained valuable experience in project management, client relations, tender preparation, architectural design, and administrative tasks throughout their career.

Nouha Krache completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Institute of Architecture at El Bez University between 2015 and 2018. Nouha then pursued a Master's degree in Architecture at the same institute, which they completed between 2018 and 2020.
