Shafraz Nasser

Shafraz Nasser has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Shafraz started their career as a Technical Consultant at Business Mechanix Ltd in 2005, where they worked until 2007. From 2008 to 2008, they served as a Systems Manager/Senior Consultant at the same company. In 2009, they joined Gen-i as a Solution Architect/CRM Principal, staying until 2011. Following that, they worked at Infosys as a Lead Consultant from 2011 to 2013. Shafraz then joined HP Enterprise Services as a Lead Architect for the Microsoft Dynamics Practice in New Zealand, where they worked until 2014. Currently, they are employed at The First Group, initially as the Director of CRM from 2014 to 2016, then as the Director of IT from 2016 to 2018. Shafraz later became the Vice President of Technology from 2019 to 2021, and currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Technology starting in January 2022.

Shafraz Nasser completed a Certificate of Completion in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2018.
