Annaleis Caldwell

AnnaLeis Caldwell is a seasoned professional in youth golf program development and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Programs Support & Data at First Tee since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Director at Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation, where leadership in after school and summer programming was demonstrated alongside the development of a Player Development League. Caldwell has also held positions as Program Director at the YMCA of West Central Florida, achieving a 111% growth in First Tee programming, and Director of Player Development at The First Tee of the Upstate, realizing significant increases in female participation and volunteer engagement. Additional experience encompasses tournament management roles and coaching, with an academic background in Sport and Fitness Administration from North Greenville University.
