Dawna Kinnunen

Dawna Kinnunen has over 30 years of work experience in the fields of leadership development, human behaviour, and disability support. Dawna began their career in 1987 with the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services as an Employment Support Specialist. In 2003, they became the Chief Inspiration Officer at YesYouCan Employment Consulting. In 2008, they took on the same role at Accessibility North. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Chief Fish Chick at ChartHouse Learning, The Official Home of The FISH! Philosophy. In 2016, they became a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Teacher and Coach at The John Maxwell Team. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been a Master Trainer/Human Behaviourist and Lovin Life Kinda Chick at YouInc Company.

Dawna Kinnunen attended Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they studied Computer Programming. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach from The John Maxwell Team. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Life Coach certification from Coach Training Alliance. Dawna also holds a PROSCI Change Management certification from PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional.
