Patrick Tobey

Patrick Tobey has a strong background in talent management and human resources. Patrick served as the Director of Talent Development at Team Fishel starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company from September 2017 to April 2019. Before joining Team Fishel, Patrick served as the Director of Talent Management for the Army Special Forces Branch at the United States Army Human Resources Command from 2016 to August 2017. Patrick also served as the Regional Recruiting Director at the US Army from 2014 to 2016. Patrick's career in the Army Special Forces (Airborne) spanned from 2001 to 2014, where they held various positions.

Patrick Tobey holds a Masters of Art in Education degree with a focus on Workforce Development and Training from Trident University International.
