Tania Branco Oliveira has extensive experience in marketing and communication roles. Tania Branco began their career as a Postgraduate Students Manager at IPAM in 2004, where they provided personalized services to students and managed various tasks and activities. In 2005, they joined IPAM IDIM as a Marketing Executive, where they worked on international projects, conducted market studies, and managed conferences. In 2007, Tania joined ViniPortugal as a Senior Brand & Communication Manager, where they were responsible for implementing the brand and optimizing its presence in international fairs. Tania Branco also worked closely with public relations agencies in different markets to ensure effective communication. In 2014, Tania moved to Sogevinus Fine Wines as a PR and Communication Director, focusing on raising the company's profile and delivering consistent brand messages. Since 2017, they have been working at The Fladgate Partnership, initially as a Special Projects Lead and later as the Marketing Director.

Tania Branco Oliveira holds a WSET Level 3 Advance Certificate in Wine & Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, which they obtained in 2012. In 2007, they also earned a WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wine and Spirits from the same institution. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from IPAM between 2003 and 2007. In 2000, they attended Faculdade de Direito UP, although no degree or field of study was specified.
