Scott Ayton

Scott Ayton currently serves as the Director at the Centre of Research Excellence in Enhanced Dementia Diagnosis since September 2021. Additionally, Scott has held the position of Head of Laboratory at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health since January 2012 and serves as Deputy Director of the Melbourne Dementia Research Centre since September 2017. Scott Ayton completed a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Melbourne from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Graduate Certificate in Research Commercialisation from Melbourne Business School between January 2010 and December 2011. Scott holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience (Honours) from Monash University, obtained from January 2004 to December 2008.
