Monica Burkes

Monica Burkes has extensive experience in the legal and customer service fields. Since November 2003, Monica has served as a Legal Assistant at The Florida Bar, where responsibilities include preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and ensuring timely court filings. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Tallahassee from July 2000 to June 2002, acting as a liaison between customers and the organization to address various inquiries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Occupational Therapy Studies from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (2018-2020) and an Associate of Science in the same field from Tallahassee State College (2013-2016).
