Tim Pearl

Tim Pearl has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tim began their career as a Plant Manager at Mossberg Industries in 1998, where they stayed until 2006. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Plant Manager at Kiefer Built. Tim then joined Standlee Hay as a Senior Inventory Manager until 2011, followed by a role as Director of Supply Chain and Inventory Management from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they worked at Glanbia as a Production Manager from 2013 to 2017. Tim's next position was at Standlee Premium Western Forage, where they held multiple roles, including Process Improvement and Training Manager and Director of Support Services. From 2016 to the present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at The Flower Shop. In 2020, they briefly served as the Director of Operations at True North of Utah. Most recently, Tim held the position of Chief Operations Officer at True North Organics from 2021 to 2022. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of operations and supply chain management.

Tim Pearl earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Utah State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
