Nailah Hamilton

Nailah Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and project oversight. Currently serving as General Manager at The Flowery since June 2022, Nailah has previously held various leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager and Compliance Manager. As the Founder of AwkwardFruit, Nailah specializes in task and project management. Previous experience includes roles such as Wellness Advisor at Cresco Labs and multiple positions at Trulieve, including Delivery Team Coordinator/Consultant and Patient Concierge. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Community Assistant at American Campus Communities. Nailah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Marketing and Economics from Broward College.
