Sebastian MacIntosh is an experienced brewery professional currently serving as the Manager of Brewery Operations at The Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing brewing, packaging, maintenance, and warehousing operations, as well as recipe development and production planning. Prior roles include Head Brewer at Redline Brewhouse and positions at The Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery, where Sebastian contributed as both an Experimental and Technical Brewer and Assistant Brewer, managing recipe research and production processes. Sebastian's earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Intern Practicum Specialist at Duoc Uc and as a Job-site Foreman at Wetlands Irrigation Tech and Landscape Lighting. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Brewmaster and Brewery Management from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Waterloo - St. Jerome's University.
