Ashley McMurrian

Ashley McMurrian, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and marketing. Ashley started their career as a Marketing Intern at the Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurship of Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2014. Ashley then worked as a Marketing Intern at COO on Demand from January 2015 to August 2015. In 2015, they also served as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from October 2015 to May 2016. From June 2016 to September 2018, they worked as an HR Coordinator at McDonald's, providing strong HR support for stakeholders in the New York Metro Region. Ashley later joined Goldman Sachs through ADP as a Recruiting Specialist from January 2019 to August 2019. Currently, they are employed at The Fonseca Group, where they have had various roles, including Human Resources Generalist from October 2019 to July 2020, Human Resources Manager from July 2020 to January 2023, and now holds the position of Human Resources Director since January 2023.
