Vanessa Renta

Vanessa Renta has a diverse work experience in the operations and management field. Vanessa currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Fonseca Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Operations Manager at the same company from December 2021 to May 2023. Vanessa also has experience as the Director of Operations at Take Home The Bread, LLC dba Panera Bread from June 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they held the role of General Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company from May 2017 to June 2018. Vanessa has prior experience at Sodexo where they served as the Director of Operations from August 2016 to May 2017 and as the Resident Dining Director from July 2013 to August 2016. Vanessa also has a long history with Fenwick Group dba Panera Bread, where they held various roles as the Regional Training Manager/JV Training General Manager/District Manager from 2003 to 2013. Vanessa began their career as a District Manager at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC from February 1998 to February 2004.

Vanessa Renta has a Master's degree in Business Ethics from Florida International University, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same university in 1998. Vanessa also holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, which they received in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Vanessa Renta has obtained a certification as a Serve Safe Proctor/Instructor from Serve Safe in 2010.
