The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri
Stephen Bybee serves as the Project Director for Missouri Conservation Corps, a nonprofit organization focused on Columbia's parks, a role held since the formal establishment of the organization in November 2022. Additionally, Stephen coordinates volunteer efforts at The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri, working with teams to support food distribution and hunger alleviation since June 2021. With a background in visual storytelling, Stephen has documented the work of local and regional nonprofits since 2009 and has engaged in freelance photography since 1998, specializing in documentary and wedding photography. Previous roles have included media analyst at Newzgroup Corporation and testing coordinator at Columbia College. Educational achievements include a B.A. in English from Westminster College and various workshops in photography.

The Food Bank provides food to 140 local hunger relief agencies throughout 32 counties in central and northeast Missouri. Its food reaches more than 100,000 people a month.
