Brian Choi

Brian Choi, CFA, serves as the Managing Partner and CEO of The Food Institute since February 2020, where the organization provides critical information and insights for decision makers in the food industry. In addition, Brian Choi holds strategic advisor roles at MenuData and SIRL, offering guidance on corporate strategy, sales, marketing, and financial strategy. Brian Choi is also an Advisory Board Member at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, contributing to the development of food business incubator programs. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Woerner Holdings, Inc., and managerial roles at Ernst & Young, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs. Brian Choi earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Portfolio Management from The University of British Columbia.
