Ibrahim Tarek El Shazly

Ibrahim Tarek El Shazly is an accomplished professional in people operations and facility management, currently serving as the People Operations and Expansion Lead at The Food Lab since May 2024. Previously, Ibrahim held the position of Senior Personnel & Admin Specialist at elmenus, where responsibilities included payroll processing, employee benefits management, and oversight of the HR employee management system. Ibrahim also served as Facility & Procurement Manager at both elmenus and Swvl, managing purchasing processes and vendor relationships. Earlier experience includes the role of Operational Specialist at URBAN STATION, demonstrating expertise in customer satisfaction and operational management. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Archeology from Cairo University, completed in May 2016.
