Rita Ouimet

Rita Ouimet is a Project Coordinator at The Food Trust since April 2022, where responsibilities include conducting demographic data analysis related to food insecurity, screening applications for healthy food financing programs, and supporting program assessment through data tracking. Rita fosters stakeholder relationships for program implementation, promotes healthy food financing initiatives, assists in grant research and application writing, and engages in program evaluation and expansion. Previous roles include Project Associate at Black Diamond Bookkeeping, Bookkeeping Assistant at ÖR Gallery and Tavern, and General Manager at Saturn Cafe, Inc. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Columbia-Greene Community College.
