Dale Cooper

Dale Cooper, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS has extensive work experience in the appraisal and real estate industry. Dale is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Appraiser at The Foothills Bank. Prior to this, Dale worked at CoBiz Financial as an Appraisal Reviewer, where they conducted quality control reviews and developed evaluation and review programs for commercial and residential properties. Dale was also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser at Exceptional Realty Inc. Dale's earlier experience includes working as a Team Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Manager at US Airways (now American Airlines), where they managed large teams and handled various aspects of sales, customer service, and workforce management.
