Heather Franklin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Heather currently serves as the EVP Chief Credit Officer at The Foothills Bank - Division of Glacier Bancorp since March 2021. Before that, they held the position of SVP Deputy Chief Credit Officer from February 2020 to March 2021 at the same company.

Prior to joining The Foothills Bank, Heather worked at Mohave State Bank for a significant duration. From October 2018 to February 2020, they served as the SVP - Deputy Chief Credit Officer. During this time, they also held the position of Senior Vice President - Credit Administration from August 2017 to February 2020. Before that, they acted as the Vice President - Credit Department Manager from September 2014 to August 2017 and as the Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer from June 2007 to September 2014.
