Peter Wayne

Peter Wayne is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel at The Forge Companies since November 2016, Peter has also held the position of General Counsel at ADVOCACY TRUST LLC and its affiliates until July 2024. Previously, Peter was Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Stock Yards Bank & Trust, where the development of a digital marketing strategy contributed to a broader company-wide digital upgrade. Peter's career began with legal positions at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, and The Garretson Firm Resolution Group, where Peter managed regional offices and contributed to innovative business development initiatives. Peter holds a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and an undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
