Eric Pasquale

Eric Pasquale serves as the Sales Director at The Forking Group, leading a 15-person inside sales team and focusing on growth through process optimization and strategic supplier partnerships. As the Founder of Mojo Kitchen, a high-end prepared meals venture, Eric successfully took the business from concept to full operation during the pandemic. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Manager at BRIDOR and Key Account Manager at Rise Baking Company, where Eric developed sales pipelines and fostered relationships across multiple markets. Eric's career began with a long tenure at The Father's Table, where a national sales strategy was crafted for foodservice channels. Additionally, Eric founded The Soundsurfer Foundation to support children's charities, while holding executive positions at La Brea Bakery and Ecce Panis Inc. Eric holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Economics/Marketing from The Culinary Institute of America and Fairfield University, respectively.
